Rahul Sanadhya
Rahul lives in India, and he found out on a visit to the doctor while in engineering school that he was losing his vision to glaucoma. Now he is under treatment at Sankara Nethralaya in Chennai — the largest eye hospital in India.
Despite 3 operations, he lost the vision in his right eye. “But after all I am happy”, he says. “Now I am working with a reputed firm as a software engineer.” Rahul says he faces many problems daily, but he is adapting.
While he used to enjoy sports, now he has changed hobbies and has became an adept guitarist and singer. “I hope my story will be helpful to others who are also fighting glaucoma,” he told us.
